Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 2.0 — Effective 30 June 2026

1. What you are buying

The free AI-visibility scan is free — there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. The paid plan is a recurring monthly subscription (€19/month, plus applicable taxes) that renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record (Managed Payments). This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

2. EU / EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

EU and EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 calendar days of the first subscription payment, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, notify us at hello@practicalapps.studio before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Digital-content exception: If you explicitly request that we start delivering the digital service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you thereby waive your withdrawal right, we may begin delivery immediately and the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has begun.

3. Cancellations after the withdrawal period

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Aiseenly until that date. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a paid period, unless required by applicable law.

4. Refunds for service failures

If Aiseenly fails to deliver the contracted service (e.g., a monthly report is not delivered due to a platform error on our side), you are entitled to a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period. Contact hello@practicalapps.studio within 30 days of the missed delivery.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.
