Privacy Policy

Version 2.1 — Effective 2 July 2026

1. Who we are

Aiseenly is operated by Egységmester Kft., 2330 Dunaharaszti, Gyóni Géza köz 8, Hungary. Company registration number: 13-09-162959. VAT number: 24291608-2-13. Contact: hello@practicalapps.studio.

2. What personal data we collect and why

  • Scan inputs — the business name, category/keywords, and website you submit for a scan. Purpose: to run the AI-visibility scan and generate your report. Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). These are usually business data; please do not submit special-category personal data.
  • Email address (subscribers) — captured by Stripe at checkout when you subscribe. Purpose: to send you your monthly AI-visibility report and visibility-change alerts (the paid service you bought), plus service and billing messages. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Marketing email (optional) — only if you tick the separate, unticked-by-default marketing box at checkout and then confirm via the double-opt-in email. Purpose: occasional product tips/updates. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw anytime.
  • Consent evidence — when you check out we store a record of the consents you gave (Terms acceptance, the digital-content delivery/withdrawal waiver, and any marketing opt-in), with a version, timestamp, IP address and user-agent. Purpose: to prove lawful consent as required by consumer and data-protection law. Legal basis: legal obligation / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c),(f)).
  • Payment data — if you subscribe. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe); we receive only limited transaction metadata (e.g. status, amount, subscription id, and the email + billing country Stripe collects). Purpose: billing and providing the paid service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation for tax/accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Analytics — aggregate page views / interaction patterns via Umami, the Growth-OS pageview embed, and a Growth-OS heatmap script, all loaded only after you accept in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. How long we keep your data

  • Scan inputs/results: kept only as long as needed to deliver and (for subscribers) re-track your report; deleted on request or when your subscription ends.
  • Subscriber email + monthly score history: kept while your subscription is active so we can re-track and email your report; deleted on request or after your subscription ends and any legal retention period lapses.
  • Consent evidence: retained for the period needed to defend potential consumer/GDPR claims (typically up to the applicable limitation period).
  • Marketing email: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax/accounting law (typically up to 8 years).

4. Sub-processors we use

We use the following processors/sub-processors. We share only the data necessary for each purpose and have (or will put) data-processing agreements in place:

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing for the subscription (acting as merchant of record under Managed Payments). Receives payment and billing data.
  • OpenAI (the LLM that powers the scan) — when you run a scan we send the AI engine generic buyer-intent prompts built from your category; the prompts and detection logic are designed so we do not send your email or payment data to the AI provider. The AI provider processes the query to generate an answer.
  • Hostinger International Ltd. — hosting/infrastructure (EU data centre). Processes server-side application data and logs.
  • Hostinger email (SMTP) — we send your monthly report and service emails from hello@aiseenly.com via Hostinger's mail servers; your email address is processed to deliver those messages.
  • Growth-OS (gos-34a3cd803c.practicalapps.studio) — pageview and heatmap analytics; loads only after consent.
  • Umami Analytics (a-c7f31a.practicalapps.studio) — cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics; loads only after consent; no cross-site tracking.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Your data is processed within the EU/EEA. Where any processor operates outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

6. Your rights under GDPR

Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure ('right to be forgotten')
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@practicalapps.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH). You may also contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
